Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OneTrack mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store / Google Play terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

2. Subscriptions

OneTrack offers an auto-renewing premium subscription in two plans: monthly and yearly. Key terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store / Google Play account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time. Any free trial portion, if offered, is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

3. On-device data

All your content is stored locally on your device. We do not back up your data. You are responsible for your device and its data; deleting the App deletes your data. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not use it to store unlawful content or in any way that could harm the App or other users.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

7. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies and, where it conflicts with these Terms, the relevant minimum terms of that agreement prevail. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), OneTrack mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz.

1. Lisans

Size, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda; App Store / Google Play koşulları ve bu Koşullar doğrultusunda Uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.

2. Abonelikler

OneTrack iki planda otomatik yenilenen premium abonelik sunar: aylık ve yıllık. Önemli koşullar:

Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID / Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça geçerli fiyat üzerinden otomatik yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir, iptal edebilir veya otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
Fiyatlar Uygulamada gösterilir; bölgeye ve zamana göre değişebilir.

3. Cihazdaki veriler

Tüm içeriğiniz cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Verilerinizi yedeklemeyiz. Uygulamayı silmek verilerinizi siler. Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara uygun kullanın. Yasa dışı içerik saklamak veya Uygulamaya ya da başkalarına zarar verebilecek şekilde kullanmayın.

5. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırlama

Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

6. Fesih

Bu Koşullar siz veya biz feshedene kadar geçerlidir. Uygulamayı silerek feshedebilirsiniz. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

7. Apple Standart EULA

Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan edindiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Buradan inceleyebilirsiniz. Apple bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehdarıdır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; en güncel sürüm daima burada yayınlanır.
